There is currently no financial institution in TRNC that provides foreigners with the opportunity of raising a mortgage. There are a number of projects which we market that provide developer finance but many customers choose to raise capital on their assets in the UK or other country of residence. It is advisable to get a mortgage agreed as early as possible as this will speed up your application.
